I have noticed lately when i go to send offers to "listings eligible to send offers" as well as the last few sales & discounts i have schedule, it is making those items also free shipping. Even when you click on the listing its self it shows regular shipping. But the customer sees free shipping. Why is that. I don't want both obviously.
