Did you mean:

underpayment of package

I am writing to you because you said that I under paid for this package of $2.95.

I paid $10.54 which is what the label stated that I pay when I ordered it from Ebay.

Why was this done? I did  measure this package and weigh it and my charge of $10.50 was

not right so I paid the $10.54 that was required.

I do not believe that I should be charged this extra amount.

This is a member to member discussion board. It sounds like you were charged by the USPS APV system which automatically charges (or refunds) you if your package weight was off when you printed the label. There's a process to dispute an APV charge if you feel it's in error. Here's the info for disputes: link

$10.54 is the online postage cost to ship 2 pounds to Zone 7 via Priority Mail.

$10.54 + $2.95 = $13.49, which is the online postage cost to ship  3 pounds to Zone 7.

Looks like the Post Office found that your package weighed over 2 pounds.

What the label states you pay is determined by the information only you put in.  If it was 1 pound 15 ounces I would have upped it to 3 pounds.  Did you weight the box after it was packed up?  Packing materials,  tape to close the box, the invoice and the label itself all add weight to a package.
