tracking status not updated by ebay

I sold an item through ebay and uploaded the delivery tracking number paired with the right carrier. Both the carrier and buyer confirmed delivery / receiving of item, despite that the ebay "Details of the purchase" page displays "sent" (package on it´s way) instead of "delivered", thus the money probably cannot be released to my bank account. Please help me !

I see you are in Slovakia @ushiak . What shipping courier did you use, and did you verify if they are integrated with eBay? Shipping to the US, here's a list of international carriers integrated with eBay.

Thank you very much for your reply 🙂 I used the carrier DPD Poland, listed in the drop-down menu of the ebay tracking number input menu - does that mean it´s integrated with ebay?

I didn´t manage to find a list of international carriers integrated with eBay for the EU - please, where can I find it ?

On which eBay site did you list your items @ushiak ? This is the .com forum.

If you listed on the UK or Germany sites you should visit those eBay help pages and community forums.

eBay.com is integrated with Canada Post tracking so that list doesn't appear to be complete.  There are actually dozens more in the dropdowns when you enter tracking.  I was under the impression that if the carrier was in the dropdown that it would be integrated with eBay but I've never been 100% sure on that.
