tracking info not provided

Well, it turns out that my post office is not providing tracking when they receive my items to be shipped. Many of my things are sitting in my local PO for 4-5 days before showing receipt of my item. Consequently, it looks like I provide a label and tracking number and then allow the packages to sit in my own house for days when they are actually sitting in the PO. This is affecting my shipping performance. There is no way for me to prove that I mailed them the day of or 1 day after printing a label. What do I do? I can't prove that items are left to sit in my PO.

There is nothing you can do once you have turned over the packages.

In the future, get an acceptance scan when you turn them over to the USPS ... it might require standing in line.
