It could be a hijacked account, just don't do it. You lose the tiny bit of protection you have if you don't send it to the address on the order. Plus, if they start mentioning that they want to pay you more to add a gift card to the package, then you know it is a scam.
Instead, let the buyer know that you will cancel the order and they can buy it again, this time they can enter in the correct address before they pay.

If he bought a second item, and the second item was a separate listing, couldn't the buyer just change the shipping address when he makes payment?
Are you sure this is the same buyer. BTW ALL buyers have ALL positive feedback.
Did this birthday gift involve you sending the recipient any extra money?

No it did not involve any extra money but as it turned out I Told buyer about eBay not letting me change the shipping address that he can do that or I can ship it to his address and he had agreed to just make it the easiest way possible and ship it to his house so everything's on the up-and-up thanks for all the help guys
