shipping options

As a buyer on Ebay, I am really getting annoyed at not being able to choose UPS or Fedex for how my products are delivered and I don't mean surepost or smart post either. The USPS in the last 4 years, has lost 3 packages, delivered two packages to the wrong address, and as of today has had a delay in delivery of 6 packages....3 in the last couple weeks. I would gladly pay the higher rate to NOT have my purchases shipped via the horrible post office. Sometimes a package will come from Arizona to here in Ohio. Get all the way to me and they will not deliver it because not enough postage was put on the package. They couldn't catch that back in Arizona instead of slamming me with additional postage? Sorry this is part ranting, but I really am tired of things like my new computer I ordered scheduled to be delivered today..... but Nowhere to be found right now in our USPS system! 😞 We as buyers I think really need to be able to choose other options for shipping even if it costs more. PLEEEEEEZE!!!!! 🙂

UPS is 25 miles away from my place and is not anywhere that I am out "doing things".   I work 7 days a week from 7 AM to 6 PM.  They charge much higher prices for small packages.  FedEx is even farther away from me.  I have one day shipping on my items and cannot possibly fit in a trip to either facility on a day's notice.  You and I will just not be doing business together. 

BTW, I now live in New England, but I grew up in the area where you and lja440 are located.  I'm sorry it's so difficult for both of you.  And I've had my issues - I had a package going to Nebraska that ended up in Guam.  It took almost a month to get back and be delivered.

My UPS isn't too far away but counter hours are very short. FedEx is over an hour. I'm not sure what UPS charges for pick-up but FedEx is $11.45 a package just for the pick-up, not counting shipping charges.

I have hated tRump since 9/11 when all he could do was brag that his building was now the tallest in NYC. He also said on camera that his building sustained absolutely no damage but then turned around and took 4 mil from the 9/11 fund. 

I'm also so freaking tired of all his hate speech. After all he is an anchor baby himself and so are 4 out of his 5 kids. If hard pressed to find anything good to say about him I really couldn't.

His comments about Veterans had me seeing red. My father served for part of WWII on the Indianapolis and knew a lot of the sailors that perished. He volunteered for the Navy after Pearl Harbor. Had his first of many heart attacks while being ships cook and finished his tour after recovery stateside instead of taking the out after getting out of the hospital. He was neither a sucker or a loser.

I do get your issue with offering FedEx or UPS then for sure. 🙂 Living that far from them is an issue. sorry. 

   Ah, moved from this wonderful area to an even colder area? LOL I hear it is beautiful up there. Never been up that way. 🙂

  HA HA I never said I liked him!!!! I agree with you. He is a jerk!!! But I generally like what he has been doing for the country. Personally he is not a good or nice person and the list is huge of his personality and other issues. I hate how he runs businesses too......like into the ground!  I wish there was a better person who had the balls he has to do what needs done. I agree with you, i don't like him as a person either............other than his great taste in women. His wife is....wow! LOL

It is the seller's responsibility to get the item safely to the buyer.  Because of that I believe it behooves the seller to control which shipping method is used.  Since the buyer doesn't assume the responsibility for the safe delivery of the item when they select the shipping method used, my advice to those buyers that insist that they should be allowed the choice is to find a seller that uses a shipping method that they want.

Sorry  but I cn't agree with you there. She is about as bad. She dropped out/ flunked out of design school her first year and lied to get an Einstein visa. Was a 'professional' girlfriend of a series of wealthy married men while trying pretty well unsuccessfully to have a modeling career (designers said she was too stiff and lacked personality). She entered an affair with tRump knowing his wife had just given birth. (NOT A GOOD WOMAN). She also lies about speaking 5 languages. She speaks broken english though I admit in the past couple years she has gotten much better. But she can bairly utter simple phrazes in french or german though she claimed to speak both fluently. I do agree she has the best body plastic surgery can get you, (though they really screwed up her eyes). The American taxpayers can be proud of the excellent pair of 'kidneys' they bought her.

Looks wise, she has it all. She is a woman who gets by on her looks and what men give her. You can't expect much more from her. I don't look at that stuff about her. I know lots of women who use men and their looks to get what they want, and most lie all the time too. I don't trust any woman. And I spent 5 years shooting with models. Believe me, nothing you said there about her surprises me at all. It is kind of expected in my book. 😞  To me she has the looks. It is sad is she is not good at modeling and is stiff. That sucks. I have tried to work with models like that. I had one we were trying to shoot a video. She was so pretty, but could not act natural or say lines right on camera to save her life. Ruined a few hours trying with her.  But again, to me she is a woman. She don't need to graduate, speak 5 languages etc. In her mind she is doing well and that is all that matters to her. That is the mentality................sadly. I still drool over her! I just don't expect much more from any woman I know.  LOL we can be proud of the Kidneys we bought! LMAO yep! Gotta love it! 🙂
