seller wont return messages re refund for returning item

i bought some shoes and they were not what the description indicated. contacted seller and she refunded money. i ask if she would send return shipping label. she said she would refund shipping charges after item has been returned. i have receipt and tracking info.  i have contacted her 4 times to no avail. i tried contacting ebay and they just send reply saying the item has been refunded.  how can i get this rectified.

If you have a full refund and no return label, then you do not have to return the item.  Do not return on your own dime, if seller wants it back he pays in advance.

If you paid to ship them back, there's nothing you can do to get that money back.

If the seller wanted them returned, after they refunded you, they should have paid you the funds upfront or sent a shipping label.

If they want it back they can send you a label for the return.
