second shipping label

Hello,

The item I sent my was returned due to lapsed forwarding address.  She still wants the item, but now I need to generate a second shipping label for her to purchase — How do I do it?

If you do it through the eBay transaction you'll get a late shipping mark because the new label will override the old one @acidinjury-3.

Did you ask the buyer to pay for the new label through PayPal? You can generate a new label at paypal.com/shipnow or at pirateship.com

Thank you.  Can she generate and pay for the label and then send me a link or copy  for me to print out?

Technically she can, but it can be complicated because she has to enter your address as ship-from, has to get all the package details right. That's complicated and risky to rely on the buyer. I wouldn't do it.

Just tell her to send you the $$ through PayPal and buy the label yourself. Fast and easy.

@acidinjury-3  easiest is to refund the item cost back to the buyer but not the shipping. Relist the item and have the buyer rebuy.

Everytime I print an ebay shipping label I receive an email from them.    In the email is an image of the label with the option to REPRINT that label.
