returned product via USPS after the return window expired. What happens?

I had a return label but was out traveling and shipped it once I got home. Now I realize it was after the label expired. So now what happens? Does the USPS label not work or does the box still get send to the seller?

I think your package will still get to the seller. Your problem is, will you lose the case for not getting it in the mail by eBay’s timeline.

If that happens, you might be able to call eBay and appeal when tracking shows it delivered back to the seller. In fact, I would call right now and have them put the case on hold pleading holiday, weather delivery issues.

Go to the USPS site & check the tracking also get tracking alerts sent to you.

If & should you fail to prevail on ebay,

You can then file a claim on PayPal but do not have both open at the same time.

Yes, you've got a couple of issues here.  The advice to watch the tracking is a good one.  You should check that at least daily to see if it gets stuck or is moving along.

Go to your resolution Center.  Check on the Return Request you originally opened.  What is it's status?  If it is still open, you may be OK.

How late are you sending it back?  When did you open the Claim?

Answers the the question may help to figure out what your best approach may be.
