You can use your printer settings  to adjust label size.  You can either use the paper size  or  scale.  I use scale at about 80%  does it for me but it will depend of which type of printer you are using.  I select printer on left click and use the printer setting.

Just UNCHECK auto-rotation, SELECT fit to margins, and print in LANDSCAPE orientation.

That will squeeze the 6-inch height to the paper width, usually 8.5 inches.
