Same case as me, send me fake tracking number and disappeared. I oped dispute cause, then ebay let me chat with my self for a while and then they send me a massage saying that the case i closed because you did chat with yourself for 21 days !!!
I lost my money and the seller did not respond and he having fun with my money now...
I tried everywhere possible to contract ebay but I was talking to a rebot or myself again ..
I am thinking now to terminate my account and leave eBay .. it became a legal base for thieves specially those from China ..
