No sorry, you are well past the rules for notifying Ebay of an issue. On Ebay you have 30 days to file a claim.
If you paid via PayPal, then you have up to 180 days to file a claim, but it appears you have passed that date too.
May I ask why you waited so long to start to try and find out what happened to your purchase? Seems like an awfully long time to wait !
