Hi. make a purchase on March 7. Before doing it ask by message if you fulfilled the requirements (110 / 220volt) your answer was affirmative. buy and make the shipment to Argentina by company aerobox with a cost of 40.93 uss. when the article arrives I discover that it is 110volt ... if I make the return I would have a cost of 81.86 in the shipment ... I request the refund of the value of the purchased item ... I appeal to your decision ... thanks
hola. realice una compra el 7 de marzo. antes de realizarla pregunte por mensaje si cumplia los requicitos (110/220volt) su respuesta fue afirmativa. compre y realice el envio a la argentina por empresa aerobox con un costo de 40,93 uss. al llegar el articulo descubro que es 110volt...si realizo la devolucion tendria un costo de 81,86 en los envio...solicito el reembolso del valor del articulo comprado...apelo a su decisión...gracias

First, this is a member to member forum. You are not talking to your seller or eBay here.
You should be able to return the item at the seller’s expense as they were wrong. if you open a return, be sure to give the reason as ‘the item isn’t not as described’.

muchas gracias... pero no encuentro la opcion de enviar un mail a ebay para su intervencion, pues me ofrecen un porsentaje del valor de un adaptador...gracias
