Why does it cost $10.45 for a return label to be sent to a buyer for a returned item that was said to be not described as such? Clearly on the book I offered for sale, it was in the Item Specifics section, and also in the Item description portion of the page. I have sent a message to the buyer to please send the book back , and upon it's return will be refunded for the complete payment she made. She will have to pay the return shipping on this, as I feel it was described with cover detached, and even photographed as such. I still am very much bothered that ebay can't provide a phone
# for positive, immediate resolution to it's customers, instead of drop down lists, etc.

Once a buyer opens an item not described case, the seller pays for the return. It doesn’t matter to eBay that you told the truth and wrote an accurate description with clear photos. Ebay will always take the buyer’s word. Figure out if you really want the book back and pay the return fee or simply give a full refund to the buyer and tell them to keep the book or toss it.
This is another reason why I won’t sell heavy items. Goodluck.

Instead of Buy a label on eBay @donwhitetop50buys you can click the option to Upload your own label:
to send a cheaper label for your buyer to return the item back to you.

Wow ... your description is very good. Sorry that the buyer is dishonest.
As noted above, if you want the book back then you are responsible for return shipping costs - either the eBay return label, or you can provide your own. Sometimes, a buyer does not return the item.
Make sure you report this buyer for abusing the Money Back Guarantee.
