"NO ACCESS" on return

I returned an item and the tracking details say "NO ACCESS" for 3 days in a row. I assume that access to the mailbox must be blocked or something, so I contacted the seller but he hasn't responded. Suggestions?

Your seller has 5 business days to refund after the assumed delivery, that's May 27 until tomorrow. But if you haven't received a refund, send a private message on Tuesday evening to eBay at Facebook or Twitter with your name, zip code, and email to ask customer support to look at the tracking force a refund.

Just guessing but it could mean it's a business and has been closed for 3 days. How large of a package is it and how did you send it? Does the tracking show it as being out for delivery 3 times?

Your seller is not going to respond, Miles. Sellers cannot avoid refunding by preventing the delivery of a return.

Just wait 5 business days, Monday to Friday this week, then if you haven't received a refund, on Saturday send a private message to eBay on Facebook or Twitter with your name, zip code, and email and ask to force a refund.

Just by any chance, was the package going to Michigan? Parts of Michigan were flooded by a dam break, your seller could be flooded out.

It was, but it was going to the Detroit area and I heard that the floods were in Midland. Thanks though!
