question about the tracking system

Dear Community,

I'm a new seller and I want to ask you how tracking the shipment works, because it happens to me that the shipment is already delivered but ebay doesn't know this, probably can't read all the postal codes from other countries and all postal services. The result is that I have to wait for money longer because they are blocked under paypal protection. Any ideas? Do I need to use only official ebay shipment services or usps to update it quickly in the system?

The item you sold violated 2 important current policies:

1. You listed an item that is currently banned.

2. You did not follow pricing regulations.

I suggest not listing any more if you have them because you could find your account permanently suspended.

As to your question about tracking, you would need to research based on your shipping carrier and the destination country if door-to-door tracking was included. I'm not familiar with Slovakian postal systems but the carrier's website should provide information about different shipment methods and tracking.

If you don't have door to door tracking then your funds may be held for 21 days. You can read more on the eBay policy page.

Sorry, I didn't know this because a lot of people are selling masks here. I bought more pieces for my
colleagues in Taxi but we were temporarily banned in our country.. Ok I will respect the rules.
