i purchase a tripod on 05 may 2017 and paid for expedited shipping. shipping done on 11 may 2017 and also gave me the tracking number which when check the details say on flight AF 267 and now we are on the 16 may and states the same

I loooked at that listing, and see there is an estimated delivery time frame starting 2 days from the date of payment and ending 8 days later. You will have to wait until the last estimated delivery date to open a dispute through ebay to get a refund.   Since the item is coming from Korea, and you are in Mauritius there may be customs delays.  You have up to 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to open a dispute through ebay, so give the package a few more days to arrive.

That doesn't mean anything to a bad seller.  As mudshark said, look at the tracking.  

It could be:

Stuck at customs

A move  to get more money, and pay for a cheaper service.

Simply lost

Sometimes scans never show up, but the item is still delivered.
