google translation

My case is this: I bought a product from an eBay seller who took a long time to send it to me.
This item was for resale to a personal client. By the time I received it, my client to whom I
had previously sold it, did not want it and canceled my purchase order. I contacted the eBay seller
to ask him to authorize the return and he sent me the USPS shipping label with which I proceeded
to return it. After a while I received the item, with the following USPS notification:
"Unable to deliver item, problem with address". How is it possible that the seller has registered
an incorrect or non-existent address? Now the seller does not answer my emails and I am afraid that
there is bad intentions in this procedure because it is an expensive product and everything is a
trick to avoid returning the money. I have not been able to find the way to claim on eBay where I
do not see that in the issue of returns dealing with the handling of a similar case. Could someone
advise me on how to deal with this issue?

I believe that if the package can't be delivered you should still qualify for a refund. But you
might have to phone eBay about it and point out that the address on the label given to you was
incorrect. I'm not sure if there is a way to do that without talking to someone about it.
