postage

I'm new on here and I sold my first item last week and I printed out the mailing label went to the post office and found out I needed more postage.  So I got it which meant I got a new tracking number that I sent to the buyer.  I check the tracking number last Friday and they got it on Wednesday (5/4/22). On my account it says I still need to take care of it. I still have my receipt from the post office. What can I do to fix this?

Did you add the new tracking number to the transaction on your orders page @maers_14?

If you got a new label with new tracking, did you void the other label for a refund?
