hi maybe someone tell me what i can do whit this:

i bought 3 wallets from mdk-007  10$ each. On aucction seller said that wallets are authentic and everything is fine. How i was suprised when i get fake wallets( see pictures 1 this is what i get, and see pictures 2 this is pictures from aucction) i was outside the us for couple weeks and i couldnt check earlier how they look, so i missed time to return them. i left seller positive because i didnt expect that he will send me something like this. i wrote to him couple message,  but he told me only this that i could returned items, ok he have a right my bad but i cant belive that on ebey are peaople like him. Now he still selling this wallets but removed pictures 2. Is any way to do something with this

I as a Buyer really wish that eBay would start looking at Listing titles better. It really is disappointing to get something mislabeled or phony. They do have too many other things to keep them busy. 

Even If the Money back is timed out If You paid with Pay Pal You can file a complaint there for up to 180 days. You will have to pay return postage costs to the Seller though. 

The thing is that on eBay Buyers have to vet their Own Sellers. My Mother used to tell me IF it is to GOOD to be true then it is. Meaning that You getting a Tommy Hilfiger wallet for at least 1/2 the price of all the ones in the box is unreasonable.

 Some people don't mind getting a phoney wallet for the huge reduction in price. If You LIKE the quality of name-brand items then Make sure You buy them IN THE BOX with Tags. You might try and report it to Vero which watches for Fake items. Sometimes that helps... Sugar

It seems like your seller lists both genuine and fake wallets. It is never a good idea to leave feedback before fully inspecting items. By the way, you aren't allowed to name sellers or buyers on the boards.

If you have any time left, you should be able to open a not as described return case on eBay, or if you paid with Paypal, you get 6 months to open the case. On Paypal you will be responsible for return shipping, on eBay the seller would have to pay.
