What if shipping delays are the seller's fault? When there is a bad snowfall, sometimes shipping is delayed. In this case, what is the seller's responsibility?

If the seller can not get it to the PO / Fedex / UPS in your handing times, usually doesnt matter the reason, it will affect the sellers metrics and could cause a raise in final value fees.

When we are expecting a big snow, I put my shop on Time Away until I know I can get out and ship packages.
