Can some tell me how to navigate to the page where I can list a tracking number for something I just shipped?

Go to your
"Awaiting Shipment" page from the "Orders" Tab on Seller Hub
right under the title in the 1st column will be the link to
Add Tracking Number...click on it and the popup will prompt for the tracking number
