is there a way to apply my UPS negotiated rates to the shipping calculator?

i just got my new rates for UPS, and our negotiated out of country rates are pretty substantial.  atleast on par with USPSs now, in some cases even better.

the problem i have is that there doesnt seem to be a way to apply those rates to the shipping calculator on the items pages.  and using the standard UPS rates from the shipping calculator are just insane. (for one of my items, its $390 for UPS and $95 for USPS, no contest there obvously)

i know you can manually add a discounted rate in, but that doesnt help me much either.  i get different discount rates percentages based on the weight of the package.

No. You can't program your own rates into the shipping calculator. Ebay uses their rates in the calculator, you can't override that.

thats what i figured.  

guess ill just stick with USPS for out of the country stuff.
