Go here https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/?filter=status:AWAITING_SHIPMENT to see your item that was paid for. If you don't see it there WAIT, you haven't been paid.
You'll see a dropdown arrow. Click it and then purchase label.
Enter the weight and measurements of the item if it is not already filled in.
It will ask you if you want to pay via PayPal or Pending funds from the sale. Choose whichever you want.
Also, it shows it was purchase 6/10 and you are now only shipping it?
