hey so i ordered a steering wheel airbag for my audi a7, but instead i got an audi a1 steering wheel airbag which as you can probably guess doesn’t really work, but it looks the same, so i’m guessing they accidentally sent me the wrong airbag without checking, i only realized it after 30 days because it looks the same and everything, only after i tried plugging it in i saw it was the wrong one, it’s been around 38 days since i ordered it and the selling has rejected the return, but i’m wondering if i can still get my money back since that was 800$, thanks

Paypal allows 6 months to file a claim, or you can file a dispute with your CC issuer.

Call the number on the back of your card. Always inspect purchases as soon as they arrive to be sure that are as described. Parts mix ups like that are common.

Last ditch option is to sell it yourself. It's a pricey item and you have little ebay selling experience - you'd be targeted by scammers. But other in person venues where you get cash in hand would work, especailly if you live in an urban area. Good Luck.
