Upload a photo to who? You can make a return without sending a photo to the seller and nobody at
ebay will look at a photo.
I guess if you feel like you need to send a photo to the seller, Just take a picture, Save it on your computer,
and it can then be attached to any message you send the seller.

You cannot make a return until you add photos for the seller. Very often however, neither the seller or eBay will look at your photos.
To complete this fool's errand @tomgrifo just click the large blue plus sign, to select which photo to provide.

Or in a case in which the buyer is claiming that the item is different than the listing shows, the buyer would need to upload a picture showing difference(s), flaws or whatever made the item NAD.

I want to return an item that the seller has agreed to take back , even tho it was originally "NOT Returnable." In this case ebay is demanding a pic of the item!

I have tried this multiple times on my iMac. It does NOT accept the photo that I have saved. I changed it from .tif to .gif to .jpg but nothing works.
