how to ship an item to Canada from the US

I have an item that a customer wants shipped to st-louis-de france, QC Canada.  My listing won't let me chance to the global shipping program.  Is there a way I could get a shipping quote for this customer?   My part could ship in a "A" usps priority mail  box or a 10 x 7 x 5 box and weighs 4 lbs.  Thank you

Do not use the Global Shipping Program. For 4 pounds or less DO NOT use the "A" box either. Send it USPS first class mail. Much cheaper than Priority Mail.

For Quebec & that weight, I would check UPS. Their standard international ground service to Canada is very cost competitive when compared to a USPS Priority Box. If you're shipping to a residential address in Quebec, just make sure to click in the UPS website that the address is residential.  Also double check with the USPS if your parcel qualifies for 1st Class International Air Mail.
