how to create and email a return shipping label to buyer

Hope I don't sound to silly but I have to send a buyer a return shipping label and I have no clue how or where I can create and send it. Can anyone help me? I've searched eBays how to do stuff section but cant find a link to do this.

the label you see on the screen at the end of ship now is a PDF file

download or save that PDF file, and email it to your buyer

your buyer's email address is inside the message you received when you were paid, and you can find it on the PayPal transaction details page as well

How do I change the "from" address?  When I hit is edit it only gives me choices of my own addresses.

Apologies to Mr. Foster but I wouldn't do it that way. 

Did the buyer open a return request through eBay? If so, you need to click on the option to have eBay provide a label. If not, I would have the buyer open one and do the return there. We don't get dinged for that anymore.

I am having the same issue.

Buyer opend a return refund i agreed following with Ebay is asking me to create a return label.

I see no option to have Ebay create a return label.

Buyer is in Canada i used global shipping service through Ebay.

Why the jump through rings of fire for the sellers on Ebay and not the buyers?
