Hi @jo-864309 this isn't ebay customer service but a community of buyer and sellers that try to help other buyers and sellers. We can't see the particulars of your case, however, if it has been 10 days since you opened your case you need to go back to the case and ask ebay to step in if you haven't received a response from your seller.

You have 30 days after the estimated delivery date to open an item not received case with eBay.

After you open that case, you can return to it in 4 days and ask eBay to step in.

It's been 10 days since you ordered it? What country was the seller in? It does take to ship an order to Germany from another country.

It's possible that the seller mailed it but the service doesn't have a tracking number as sellers are not required to have tracking numbers. As another poster suggested, you can file an item not received claim the on day after the expected delivery date and for up to 30 days.
