When did you pay for your order ?

No need to contact eBay as your item may have been shipped and your seller does not have to provide tracking, infact they do not even have to use tracking as it is a seller protection not a buyer protection.

Buyers are protected with eBay's money back gurantee, so if you have not received your item 24 hours after the latest delivery estimate on your order, you can then claim INR.
