help for Awaiting shipment

Since the end of May 2023,

several orders that have already been shipped appear in the "waiting for delivery" submenu.

They had a tracking number and a “shipped” label,😓

but still, it was confusing, and worrying, to see them there. how long will it take for delivery?

This is a discussion board for other users like yourself so we don't how long your order will take.   If your items were shipped a few days ago, what is making you concerned?  You should be able to see the packages progress by clicking on the tracking number and the order details in your purchase history should show you an estimated delivery date.   You can also check the carrier's website for tracking information as they may give more information than ebay's website.

If your item does not arrive by the last estimated delivery date, you can file an item not received claim the day after that date.  You must file a claim within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
