It sounds like you refunded the buyer. If the it was delivered to the gsp center but not the buyer itself the proper procedure is for a case to be opened so eBay can refund the buyer and not you. If you refunded the buyer yourself I doubt you will get you're money back from eBay and the buyer still be out the money paid to the global shipping center
