Why am I being charged twice for Reserve Price Listing Fee and the Bold Listing Fee on the same item?

Those fees are charged each time you list the item.

I think having a second category doubles those kind of upgrades. 

Save your money. Start your listing at what would be your reserve. 

Pick the one best category and leave it at that. Most people don’t shop by category.

Thanks, I was trying to change the category not double the on category's.  Is there some way to communicate with a live person at ebay to try to get the fee revised? I have been poking around and there no longer seems to be any direct live customer support.
