error msg: Please enter a valid value for package dimensions

I am shipping international first class package from USA to Canada but keep receiving the error message: "Please enter a valid value for package dimensions." My dims are 19" x 15" x 1" and 8 oz. Total package is 35" and the max is 36". What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

I receive no such error from the authorized eBay label provider pirateship so it must be another one eBay's glitches.

No idea. Your are correct that the dims are under the limits for FCPIS to Canada.

I assume you were using the new eBay label flow. It may be a bug in that flow. What happens if you try the classic label flow?

While on the new label flow page for that item, change the URL from

to
https://gslblui.ebay.com/gslblui/back_to_classic?transId=0123456789012&itemId=987654321098

(just change the new_label to back_to_classic in the URL and load that page)
