error message "Something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label"

This was happening about a week ago with no solution other than to purchase the shipping on my own, with no Ebay discount. Now it's happening again, with no explanation. I've fiddled with the address and changed my payment source from "my finds" to my credit card, but to no avail. My credit card shows 2 credits against 2 pending charges, so at least I'm not losing funds over this (yet).

Any suggestions?

FWIW I've also tried going from "advanced shipping" format to the "basic shipping." No difference.

You can use pirateship.com  eBay isn’t the only online place to get commercial pricing on labels.

Thank you. That's what I did, went on Pirateship.com. Still can't figure out why Ebay shipping breaks down so often -- without acknowledging anything.
