i hit my print ebay label twice, but only needed one label. will i be charged for both labels

No, you will only be charged for one. You would have to go back and rebuy another label that would have a different tracking number to be charged twice.

You have to figure out whether you reprinted the same label, or accidentally purchased a second label.  

Compare the tracking numbers on the two labels.  If they're different, go back to your account and Void one of them. Getting a credit takes about 2 or 3 weeks because USPS won't approve it until they're sure that you really didn't use the label.
