Hi,
Whenever I am watching any item available for international sale, eBay also displays the shipping cost through its International Shipping. The same shipping cost is displayed under 'Shipping, Returns & Payments' tab but when I click 'Contact Seller' on the page and the next screen appears to write to the seller, eBay displays a higher shipping cost. I don't understand why there are two different shipping costs for the same item, for same country, same zip and the same shipping program.
For example, the main page of a listing is showing USD30 as shipping cost to my country/zip and the same amount is reflected/shown under 'Shipping, Returns & Payments' tab but when I click on 'Contact Seller' link on the page to discuss with the seller, the very next page that comes after clicking on 'Contact Seller' link displays a higher shipping cost like USD50 or 60. This is happening with all the listings available for international sale. Hence, I am confused which shipping cost I should rely on....
Can anybody help me to understand this?

Usually discrepancies between shipping shown in search and on the listing page are because the seller did not enter package dimensions in their listing.
Seller can update their listing with package dimensions/weight so you see the most accurate rates, or they can leave as-is and eBay will determine rates based on category/item averages.
Either way, if you put the item in your shopping cart - that's the rate you should go by and it should match what's on the listing page.
