eBay shipping , FedEx labels not printing correctly

I use 8 1/2 by 11 two  part labels in a laser printer for all my shipping labels. But since eBay has changed their shipping page FedEx previews as if it will print properly but then when I go to print it comes out in portrait. I've tried it on several computers and all the major browsers and it's always the same....Even when I try to save it as a PDF and print there is no way I can change it. This won't work with my labels ,I end up having to tape down the FedEx labels, which isn't optimum because taped down labels often will not scan properly plus it's a pain in my butt!

This is been going on for a while , am I the only one having this issue??

Nope. Dozens of threads for months. No resolution. No workarounds other than to download the labels as PDFs and manipulate the PDFs to work correctly (open in PDF reader or editor, rotate, and print, or use the batch drag and drop approach I outlined, etc)

Create a custom paper / form size on your computer that is 8.5 X 5.5, then select that paper size when you want to print the label. 

You'll obviously have to cut the sheets in half.

I simply reduced the size of the printed image to 90% and it prints over the center line just a little. Totally doable.
