eBay not recognizing "Delivered to Agent for Final Delivery" as delivered.

In many places such as apartment buildings with concierge/doorman, townhouse complexes with a management office, freight forwarders, buildings with mailrooms, etc USPS will deliver to the building's mail "agent" and this has always registered a "delivered" status on the eBay orders page.

That is it used to until about 2-1/2 months ago. Now those orders are stuck as "shipped" as the system is not recognizing that packages were delivered. When you click the tracking pop-up it's stuck at "it's on its way to the buyer" and "was scheduled" for delivery on X date.

I've reported the issue multiple times, but I'm wondering if others here are seeing the same problem?

Same issue as others on here with shipment going to a FF in Miami and eBay considering "Delivered to Agent for final delivery" not actually delivered. Looked up the address and apparently they have been flagged for fraudulent behavior and theft. Like others, this was a high ticket item.

Looked up the address and apparently they have been flagged for fraudulent behavior and theft. Like others, this was a high ticket item.

Obviously all these items have been delivered to the location the buyers supplied. The only issue is with verbiage and the way eBay is selectively applying this verbiage.

Where can you look up to see if a forwarder has been flagged for fraudulent behavior and theft?

When I put in the address in Google it led me to the company's reviews - in this case Fuzion International Cargo in Doral.

Well how ya like these apples?  THREE inconsistencies.  Delivered to agent.  Ready for pickup. Estimated delivery Feb. 6. 
By the way, remember I was the one who had a buyer trying to email-harrass me for a refund but Ebay had mine marked 'Delivered' despite the 'to agent' phrasing in the delivery line of tracking?  Well, all my other ones since then have been like that.  BUT this one just happened obviously, AFTER the supposed glitch fix.  Also see official USPS screenshot below.  I wonder if it gets extra screwy if they never did an 'out for delivery' scan.

Still having the same problem. I currently have two cases open from the same buyer, he's screaming at me "If it's been delivered then WHY does it say STILL IN TRANSIT?!?" Well, GOOD QUESTION.

eBay really needs to fix this! Delivered to Agent is the same thing as Delivered. Why are they telling buyers that it's still in transit and that it's waiting to be picked up? This is not helpful, at all. 

Nothing is waiting to be picked up and there are not going to be any further tracking updates from USPS, because the item is Delivered.

Delivered to Agent simply means that USPS knows it was being delivered to a 3rd party, such as a courier service.
