For the past 2 months or so there has been a big problem with the eBay International Shipping Label. The Scan Bars at the bottom are too fine and run together. The US Post Office can't scan them and have been entering the numbers by hand. But last week my PO was told to no long enter these numbers by hand. If it can't scan, it can't ship. It's not my Printer, as I have cleaned and aligned the Heads. The problem is that eBay' design has everything too compressed together. The solution is easy--just widen that Scan Bar by a little bit so that the lines don't run together. I called eBay Support about this last week and haven't heard anything back from them. I assume they are simply ignoring the problem. If they don't do something about this, I can no longer purchase eBay International Shipping Labels, which is a shame. Especially when the solution is SO SIMPLE...
