A few months ago, I have purchased a For parts or not working iPhone 6s for $ 100. In his listing, he clearly mentioned that phone display is only damaged but the phone is working, When I received, I have found nothing inside (display cables, front camera, rear camera, speaker, etc..). Then I have opened a dispute in eBay but in the resolution centre, No decision had been taken against him and the case was closed without any notice. Then I have uploaded my feedback but that was also declined by eBay. for $ 100 nothing was inside. I am very disappointed with this transaction and eBay decision. If I paid through PayPal I would have gone for resolution centre and solved out.

Did you include those photos in your dispute?
Oops.

Perhaps you may still have time to file a case with PayPal, I don't know if you will receive a favorable decision.

If I understand correctly, you filed a SNAD for a iPhone which was listed as "not working, for parts only." It appears that eBay ruled against you and thus you were not permitted to leave feedback. Is that correct?
Judging from the pictures, you opened the phone up so I'm not sure if that had anything to do with your claim being denied. I'm not sure how those pictures would actually prove that that is how you received the item.
I noticed that you have 10 bid retractions for the last 12 months showing on your record. Perhaps, you need to vet your sellers a bit more carefully in the future. Of course, buying electronic items that are listed as "Not Working, For Parts Only" has to be a bit like buying a pig in a poke.

You lost the right to leave feedback when you lost the case. That’s why ebay removed it.
