duplicate shipping label purchased.

I accidentally bought two shipping labels for the same order, I went and I canceled one and it says cancellation initiated.  The package was delivered with the other shipping label which was correct but I'm still yet to get a refund for the one I asked to cancel how long does it take???  Does eBay step in to help?  How do I get refunded from USPS???  Thank you
