Although the product has reached the buyer, the product does not appear as delivered in the e-bay shipping section

what can ı do? thenks

If it is USPS, they are having tracking issues currently per a message on USPS.com. Sometimes it does not load on ebay right away either.

Check on www.usps.com  .   If you are hoping for a payout, keep in mind that ebay can hold the funds for up to 30 days.

Did you use a service that has international tracking? Some services may only have tracking within your  own country. But if you can see the tracking number on usps.com and it shows as delivered,  it should update on ebay.com soon.

If the item was just delivered today it can take a little while for the eBay page to update - check it again tomorrow.

If the item was delivered before today, what does the USPS delivery scan say exactly? If it says "delivered to agent for final delivery" please let us know as there's a current tech issue with eBay registering that delivery status.
