defective product no way to contact vendor

I received a non working Dockers freq that came without instructions and when I finally found a driver - Hammock Software Imaging Device - I discovered the item was not working, i.e. it would not feed the paper. This item I believed I ordered on 10/JM2C/JM2C and received on 10/JM2C/JM2C and $24.51 to my card on 10/JM2C/JM2C. I can not contact the shipper as the only direction on the package is Olson, JM2C W Beth St, Minneapolis, MN 55431-2410 and when I do a phone # search all I get is house up for sale and 4 possible phone numbers for Charles Olson and several other nearby Olson's in the city. Please help me resolve this. When I try to use Ebay return I get I have"t no purchases found so I am at a loss.

You have 30 days after the item was delivered to open an item not as described case with eBay.

If/when that deadline has expired, you have 180 days to open a case with Paypal, if that's how you paid.

Most credit cards will allow a chargeback up to about 180 days also.
