combined orders

I sold two items but ebay has them combined on one shipping label but I need two shipment due to fragile items. How to get back to a two shipping labels solution?

you just buy a 2nd label, simple

don't over complicate it.

doesn't matter if they are shown as combined in ebay, you can print up to 5 labels per order thru ebay labels.

if you want to make it fancy take a black marker and write 1 OF 2 on one box and then 2 OF 2 on the 2nd box.
that way if the boxes do not arrive at the same time the buyer can see there should be 2 boxes, you can also message them as such so they are fully aware.

Purchase a label with the weight/dimensions of the first box. Then go back to the transaction and choose 'get another label' and purchase a second label with the second box's weight/dimensions.

The limit is 5 per transaction.
