USPS return labels aren't charged to you unless they are used. There is no need to cancel them.
If you have owned a dachshund, no explanation is necessary.

Well i knew that but my problem is the buyer is a remorse / changed his mind and not smart enough to figure out the item he bought.
he was fine when he was asking me questions but then he decided it was broke because his accessory he bought didnt magically do the work for him.
i agreed to return only because he was messaging me over and over and being rude and abusive. My thought were he was drunk but i agreed to take it back.
problem is when i asked him to wait and let me send a ups label he told me to f off.
ive messaged 3 more times with no answer.
im beyond **bleep** now and am not about to buy a label if he is not going to answer my messages.

New information always changes the previously given answers. None of this was mentioned in your original, so the answer you got was based on the question you originally asked.
It's very likely (and I'm sure there are others here who will be only too delighted to tell me if I'm wrong) that you're about to get thoroughly hosed. I don't know of any way to "recall" a previously issued return label. CS on the ebayforbusiness facebook page might be able to tell you if it can be done. If it hasn't been scanned as accepted yet, maybe... maybe not. Can't hurt to ask them for guidance.
Once you accepted the return and authorized the label, it pretty much became the realm of the buyer. If you're very lucky, they won't use the label to return your item and the refund will time out. But, if your item fits within the guidelines of either First Class or Priority Mail, the Post Office will likely accept the shipment if presented and eBay will bill you for the appropriate amount.
If you have owned a dachshund, no explanation is necessary.

ACCORDING TO ebay.. label is not charged if not used. pretty much like if I printed one out at home and never used it.
problem still is the buyer is still being a total horses rear.
After attempting many times to get an answer other than "f you" I called ebay and told them the buyer is not communicating to process the order other than the hostile "f you"
So they said they would remind him to respond. if he doesnt respond in resonable time they will decide in my favor.
so the buyer has to stop being a jerkoff and help t o get this done which I have no idea why he would want to keep pissing on me when I decided to give him what he wanted.
