i bought a bag and the listed location is in the United States, but the package shipped from Hongkong, now i asked for return , coz its fake. the seller asked me to return to the North Korea. What should I do?

While I don't disagree that it's a red flag when an item comes from a different location than that stated in the listing. And you could very well be correct about it being fake.

But without pictures of the bag you received, you shouldn't open a dispute yet. First post pictures on the fashion board requesting authentication:

If deemed as fake, you should open a SNAD dispute but again, not until it's confirmed as fake.

You can't send packages to North Korea.

Just open a SNAD complaint and ask eBay for a prepaid return label. They can't supply a label, of course, nor can the seller. Furthermore, you are not required to pay international postage to anywhere.

Bottom line: You'll be granted a refund with no return required.

Open an item not as described in eBay. Part of their Money Back Guarantee states:

When an item is returned to the seller

• The seller is required to accept the return at the same location specified in the listing.
