any issues shipping from Spain?

I recenlty won an item which will be shipped from Spain and was wondering if anyone has advice of what to expect.  

I paid 15 days ago and the only information I get is from a tracking number from correos (which also works on USPS) but updates seem quite sparse.  USPS is telling me the item hasn't even left Spain yet and even once it does, it will take 10 business days to arrive.  Unfortunately I've heard of horror stories far worse than that concerning shipping from Spain.  Sometimes packages never arrive at all!  

Any experience with this?

you shall add track & trace mail, without that no one knows were your package is.

If you see "Registered" on the tracking, then it will never say "Delivered" --

so you can claim Item Not Received within 30 days of the last estimated date.
