Its possible you changed your address for your eBay account only. Go to my account and click on addresses. There you will be able to change addresses for four different things. 1) your eBay account. 2) your ship to address. 3) your ship from address. 4) your returns address.
This is the first place I would check to make sure each is set to the address you want.
