Will USPS let you stop a delivery you believe is going to a scammer?

sold a PS 5  and shipped and I believe the guy is a scammer. I looked up the address there's a picture of an apartment complex but I cant find any public information on the buyer and I think I need to stop the delivery if USPS will let me?? good idea?? Bad Idea? I've already been scammed once and i get the feeling its about to happen again if i don't stop the package. then I'll have to jump through all types of hoops for ebay to prove I'm not the crook.

Not applicable

You can attempt a delivery intercept, but it's pricey.

It's $15.25 plus priority mail shipping to return it to you. Good thing is, you only pay if successful

That being said, an apartment and not being on the internet are hardly indications of a scammer.

It's not eligible anyway. My guess is because of the size.  No feedbacks make me nervous..... Well see what happens tomorrow when it's delivered. Fingers, eyes and toes crossed they are legit.
